Tell us what happened and which device you are using. Do not attach private photos or videos.
Before contacting support
- Include your phone model and operating system version.
- Describe the screen and action where the issue occurred.
- Do not send media files, filenames, paths, EXIF data, or other private gallery information.
Media deletion
Clean Swipe requires a final confirmation before requesting deletion. Your operating system may keep deleted items in a Recently Deleted or Trash area for a period of time.
Limited photo access
If you granted selected or limited access, Clean Swipe can only show the photos and videos that your operating system allows it to access. You can manage this permission in your device settings.
